Saudi enmity to Muslim community same as Israel’s enmity

Official in charge of Palestinian committee in the Iranian presidential office, Abbas Ali Akhtari has urged the Muslim dignitaries and intellectuals to take an appropriate stance against the 2015 tragic incidents in Mina in Saudi Arabia.

“Saudis have showed that they lack the necessary ability to run the Hajj affairs,” Akhtari said.

The Iranian figure slammed the Saudi government for having Israel to run the security affairs during the rituals, adding it was surprising to cede security to an entity that is the main source of Muslim insecurity.

Akhtari then renewed the call for the formation of a fact-finding mission into the 2015 incident, urging Muslim lawyers to study the incidents from the perspectives of legal bases.

“Those who have been to blame must be known for the Muslim community,” the senior pro-Palestinian activist said.

As for the Palestinian issue, Akhtari blasted Saudi for its normalization with Israel, adding the normalization would remain as a blot on the record of the country.

“Saudi moves to normalize its relations while it has failed to serve the Palestinian issue,” he said.

The authority also enquired why Saudi and certain other Arab states have refused to form any coalition against Israel whereas they were at pains to quickly form a coalition against the innocent Yemeni people.
