Day of Quds thwarts anti-Muslim conspiracies

A senior member of a Palestinian anti-occupation movement says the Palestinian issue serves as the spearhead of the Muslim community’s motion and that any failure to attend to the issue would bring numerous problems for the community.

Senior member of the Islamic Jihad, Abdullah al-Shami was speaking to the Qods News Agency (Qodsna) a few days ahead of the 38th edition of the international day of Quds that was designated by the late founder of the Islamic Republic, Imam Khomeini.

Shami said Imam Khomeini’s designation turned the Palestinian issue into an international issue and that no conspiracy would ever sideline the issue.

He Palestinian figure urged the Muslim community to mark the day as a solution to foil the existing plots against Palestine.
