American university professor, Kevin Barrett says the international solidarity day of Quds reminds everyone that the liberation of Palestine is the single most unifying issue among Muslims.
It is also “the key to achieving peace in the Middle East and the world,” he said, interviewed by the Qods News Agency (Qodsna) a few days ahead of the 38th edition of the annual occasion.
“Al-Quds day reminds us that his work is unfinished: The political unification of Muslims for the cause of justice and resistance to oppression has not yet been accomplished, nor has the liberation of Palestine.” He wrote in the email interview.
“Every year, on the last Friday of Ramadan, al-Quds day reminds us to rededicate ourselves to these noble objectives.”
The US personality also appreciated the positions of the sitting leader of the Islamic Revolution in supporting the Palestinian nation.
“In a time when the vast majority of world leaders are slaves of the pro-Zionist New World Order bankers, colluding in the oppression of their own people and the people of the world, Iran’s Supreme Leader is an exception and an inspiration,” he lauded.
