Palestine, red line of Iran’s foreign policy

Senior Iranian cleric, Alireza Panahian says the Palestinian issue embodies the Iranian national interests.

Panahbian was speaking to the Qods News Agency (Qodsna) on the occasion of the upcoming International Day of Quds.

The senior Alim called it a smart strategy to engage in a combat against the Zionist occupiers in Israel as they aim to annihilate the entire Muslim community.

“The Palestinian issue is so intertwined with the Iranian national interests and security that they could not be separated,” he said, adding the Palestinian issue is a red line in the Islamic Republic’s foreign policy.
