Former head of Iranian police force, Ahmadi Moqadam says the late founder of the Islamic Republic, Imam Khomeini identified his Islamic Revolution with the Palestinian issue among others.
The former police chief was speaking to the Qods News Agency (Qodsna) a few days ahead of the 27th demise anniversary of the late personality.
Ahmadi Moqadam said the successor of Imam Khomeini too has set the Palestinian issue as an identifying element for the Islamic Republic’s foreign policy.
The former police chief also touched on the training of terror groups in the region and said the Zionist regime of Israel takes the largest benefits from the rise of the terror groups.
The senior military authority regretted that certain Arab groups only make lip services to the Palestinian issue, adding however that the true face of the states have been revealed during the ongoing regional developments.
