Supporting Palestine, an obligation for all Muslims
Managing director of the influential Iranian daily, Kayhan says it behooves on all Muslims to support Palestine.
Hossein Shariatmadari was speaking to the Qods News Agency (Qodsna) a few days ahead of the 27th demise anniversary of the late founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Imam Khomeini.
“Those who support the Palestinian issue are actually meeting their divine obligation,” he said, adding no one should have the thought that it is blessing Palestinians by supporting them.
The media personality touched on the Israeli ambition of Nile-to-Euphrates occupation and said, the Zionists would try to put their ambition to work once they find an opportunity.
Shariatmadari touched on public exchanges between Zionists and certain states in Persian Gulf and said Saudis are actually digging their grave by the ties.
