Deputy Iranian Foreign Minister, Hossein Amir-Abdollahiyan has reaffirmed Iran’s continued support to the Palestinian nation, adding the Palestinian issue remains the foremost issue of the Muslim community.

The senior diplomat was speaking to the Qods News Agency (Qodsna) answering a question of the Palestinian occasion of Land Day.

The senior diplomat urged the regional nations not to allow the regional crises to sideline the Palestinian issue, adding currently the regional missions include effective support to the Palestinian nation and the combat against terrorism.

Amir-Abdollahiyan added that the Israeli push for the expansion of illegal settlements would only instigate the nations’ hate towards the regime.

As for the current anti-occupation intifada in the occupied Palestine, the senior diplomat said the intifada was a natural response by the true owners of the land of Palestine to the aggressive policies of the Zionist regime.
